Amit was an only child.
His family has requested that everyone should take upon themselves "a good deed, like tzedakah, helping another, volunteering, and every mitzvah to dedicate it in his memory, and in this way, he'll have an ilui neshamah (his soul will ascend)."
I don't know his parents' names for davening (Ben-Yigal is his surname), but even saying Amit Ben-Yigal formerly of Ramat Gan is also good. Hashem knows who you mean.
If anyone knows Amit's proper name for davening, please email or leave it in the comments.
UPDATE: It's apparently Amit ben Baruch & Na'ava — H/T to Yaak for providing this.
May Hashem comfort his family and may we only hear good news.
